Divine role of Parents

Parenting is not glamorous. parenting is not easy. Parenting is not always fun. Parenting IS DIVINE!
In this modern world, one often hears the word "DIVINE" as something beautiful, soft, lovely, gold, rich, or luxurious. The definition of divine in the dictionary is: heavenly or godlike. Jesus Christ life was divine.  It was not always fun.  He experiencde pain. He gave and served constantly.  He loved endlessly.  He told stories to teach truths. He was in this way, the Father to all. He was divine.  As parents our role is divine. As parents we experience pain for our children. As parents we give and serve constantly. As parents we love endlessly. As parents we teach and tell stories. As parents, we have a DIVINE role. This role is to follow Christ's example in bringing our children to true principles.
